Does it always take 3 hours to digest?
The hour of digestion depends on what kind of food you ate. For example, if you ate sugar product will digest very fast.

So, to do experiment on Saint Martin was illegal that time. However, doctor needs to have permission for doing experiment in modern society.

I asked him that what kind of doctor he is. He said that he is a physition and care of people who are adult. Also, I asked him if he has a patient who come fromm other country, how does he communicate wit hhis patient. He said that he had one patient who came from Iraq, and the traslation person help the communication between the doctor and the Iraq person.
I think his lecture was great. I liked this lecture, probably because I am interested in the medical. I could know about lots of medical ethics. This lecture, and the doctor encouraged me more interesting in the medical society.

He was very nice to us and made me comfortable. I asked several questions and his answer helped to understand relationship between doctor and patient.
He said that St. Martin could feel pain when Dr. Beaumont put meat and vegitable into St. Martin's stomach. I asked about bioethic and he said that bioethic was not part of medical education but he learned from books and many famous cases. He told us one famous court case in Michgan.
Also he said doctors can't tell conversation with patient in the cour and it's not a crime.

How could St.Martin didn't get infection?
There wasn't good techinical machines during that peroid.Probably bacuses of he's achoholist and Dr.Beaumont was relly careful on treating him.Maybe St.Martin was a lucky man.
He told us his own experience about his patient. He give the patient informed concern, so that let them make their decision and learn the knowledge about their diseaces.
